Our role is to provide the roadmap and then assist companies in defining and implementing their route. Roadmaps don't provide the route you might take, and there are many alternative routes to get you from where you are to where you want to go. The challenge is to choose the best route for your organization based on your vision and your current circumstances. There is no "one size fits all" approach to a lean transformation and never accept that there is.
